　　Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology has successively issued special materials and supporting equipment and production technology for hard PVC low-foam building pipes, as well as low-foam building pipes and low-foam indoor profiles and sheets. The surface of the pipes is smooth and hard, the structure of the core bubble is fine and dense, and the performance and quality of the pipes meet or exceed the requirements specified in the evaluation index. Compared with ordinary plastic pipes, this new building material has the advantages of less raw materials, strong rigidity, good dimensional stability, small linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage, good insulation, sound insulation and low cost.

　　At present, Qingdao Institute of Chemical Technology has established an industrial base in cooperation with the Far East Plastic Engineering Company of Qingdao High-tech Industrial Park, and has reached the production capacity of 1000-3000 tons of new type low-foam PVC building pipes and 500 Tpvc low-foam building pipes or decorative profiles and sheets.
